I honestly have no idea. It was an image I found in a Bicycling article on the T47 standard...so it could be from any fabricator. That said, if I had to guess, it's probably from Chris King's Cielo range

Honestly, been riding 26 years and a Ti frame was on my must have bucket list. The sad reality though is that with my other bikes I haven't ridden her in months and I really could put the money to good use while someone appreciates her. Criminal to let that beaut gather dust. 

 

Will own one again sometime, custom nogal. May even have an idea of who to chat to
