Durability

Rim width - traction

Now you've got me wondering even more - how is the South more durable than the Czero, both are carbon rims (honest question, absolutely no sarcasm)?

Internal rim width - granted. 28mm vs 23mm for the Czero. Interesting to note that the ENVE M50 only has 21mm internal width - to be honest I would have thought their rim is more progressive in this specific aspect.

As soon as I have enough money I will replace the BB30 with Wheels Manufacturing or Enduro BB. Did this on his Giant XTC HT, and it is an awesome upgrade, even though it was expensive.

Any idea which wheels manufacturing BB is the correct one to upgrade to on the Scalpel SI ? I see CWC has a few on the site, im dead keen for this upgrade

ENVE50 is due for an upgrade....Fumic was already riding a new Prototype of the rim at this years EPIC 2017 .....THE CFR boys have been riding a different M50 the whole season so far on the XCO circuit.

I don't believe durability has anything to do with the rims but rather the way you ride.Ive seen as many cracked enve rims at my lbs as any other carbon rim .The c zero wheels are a good set of mid range wheels. The one on the SI2 are a bit heavy(1650g) using formula hubs.

The ones on the SI1 are slightly lighter using same rim and hubs but using lighter spokes.

The south, tune build I have I would class as top of the range
