Vaughan01 Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 My experience was equally bad. Madone frame cracked due to an over tightened front derailleur clamp. No interest from Kim. this was 5 years ago and nothing has changed I see.

love2fly Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 Commenting on narrower Rims... My old Novatec Dragons were like 18.5mm odd internal width... With 2.25 Maxxis they squelched like mad. Upgraded to Alex 25mm and run way softer pressures and handle amazing. Looks like that shop is on its way out... As they say... Opportunity no longer knocks... It's running full speed down the passage... You better be running fast to grab it!
