The park is still used by other users, and I have seen no conflict between them and riders. It is a safe place for kids to go ride.

Just a thought Contact my mate Atul who runs GuptabotsAgainstWMC.com. He has a few aliases that can assist as long as you don't mind the Indian Subcontinent english being written.
