What skewed my hours is about 80 hours of Cadence (i.e. no distance forward or upwards) Patch and I go back a long way and chirping is all part of the fun and in jest. Also most of my rides during the week are HIIT done on Zwift/TrainerRoad and then early morning weekend rides outdoors.
