How will this negatively affect them?

I cant rock up to Modderfontein with a bike that’s no longer in production, crikey man, what will people think of me.

If anyone is wanting to sell a medium alu camber 29er, 2017/2018 model I am in the market for one.

There is a carbon one in the classifieds that I looked into - but I dont want a carbon one (ok maybe its the 1x set up thingy)

What spares?

It's a bike. Not an 90's F1 car.

The Camber doesn't have any proprietary tech that will need spares (yes, a few had the Brain, but that will live on in the Epic, so you'll always get support from Spez if you have a Brain-equipped Camber).

I get that it’s a bike but I don’t know if there are any proprietary parts that it may have like the SWAT lid / bottle cage or anything else.

I was merely speculating as to why it was suggested that it would be an issue for current Camber owners.

It's just going to be a short and long travel Stumpy now. A Camber is a short travel Stumpy (same frame, different yoke and travel), so the Camber isn't going anywhere, it's just getting a new name.

So it seems all will be revealed soon regarding the stumpy, but I wonder, what of the rumors of the 120mm epic? Some guys on here seemed pretty convinced and one does not necessarily exclude the other.

I wouldn't rule it out, it is the way xc bikes are going, and with the new 120mm SID that just came out, along with the Camber not being in the line up anymore, it's going to be a possibility. If I had to put money on it I would guess we won't see a bike like that from Spaz in the next year or two - not one carrying the Epic badge in any case. I might swallow my words in a week or two though (would be nice to he wrong this time).
