nagougrote Posted March 18, 2019 Share Chain Reaction is no longer a viable option after the move to Skynet. Still waiting for my shoes ordered last year December...Referred them to this thread and they just don't care. I've found Merlin much better. 18 Mar 19 17:00 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance18 Mar 19 08:53 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance15 Mar 19 14:29 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold from Export - Pending Customs Procedures15 Mar 19 08:31 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance11 Mar 19 11:03 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance11 Mar 19 09:03 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - In Branch07 Mar 19 16:38 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA Shipment Destroyed06 Mar 19 09:23 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance21 Feb 19 09:50 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance19 Feb 19 08:31 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance15 Feb 19 11:24 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance13 Feb 19 10:45 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance11 Feb 19 15:49 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold from Export - Pending Customs Procedures11 Feb 19 08:34 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance07 Feb 19 10:57 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance04 Feb 19 12:57 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Quarantined01 Feb 19 15:22 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance21 Jan 19 09:08 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance18 Jan 19 08:53 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance09 Jan 19 10:24 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance21 Dec 18 12:44 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA On Hold - Customs - Awaiting Customs Clearance06 Dec 18 14:35 Johannesburg - SOUTH AFRICA Arrived Hub05 Dec 18 17:00 London - UNITED KINGDOM In Transit to Destination05 Dec 18 15:31 London - UNITED KINGDOM Sorted to Destination05 Dec 18 14:18 London - UNITED KINGDOM Arrived Hub

wendfan Posted March 18, 2019 Share Agreed on Merlin! They don't have the variety of CRC but UPS shipment is just miles better as the shocking service from Skynet

Sidmouth Posted March 20, 2019 Share Is there even any point now from ordering overseas, I see Sram no longer allows deliveries to SA this includes ZIPP and RockShox, now Shimano has joined in, so without these two and the tax you pay on clothing what is the point, we might as well order a bulk tube of KY jelly and let Cool Heat give us a good one Dexter-morgan

Dirkitech Posted March 20, 2019 Share My clutch cable broke on my Triumph Speed Triple 1050 on Thursday. True to form local dealerships have zero stock. Ordered a cable from Wemoto in the UK on Friday morning via DHL , 30 pounds was the fee, cable was in SA Saturday morning delivered to my house 10am Monday. Now thats frikken service !!!! Ordered a rear cassette from Ribble and couriered through Aramex been waiting 2 weeks now. Cost was very similar if not more.My last parcels from 2018 till recent that went through Aramex has been pathetically awfully slow and they have absolutely no customer service outside of social media rants. They're so bad, they're nearly on par with SA PO averages. Aramex is dead to me. One word Amazon.No... Amazon can use whoever they like to deliver parcels - I've had DHL, RAM, rubbish Aramex and another one I cant remember.I've also ordered motorbike parts once with UPS but it was handed over to SA PO here, so never again. Sidmouth Posted March 25, 2019 Share its not always cheaper, you just have to do the maths, always add 15% plus R200 and dont ever bring in clothes or helmets
