karma Posted July 16, 2018 Share My new one looks identical except the serial number begins with NT-1709....... where the old one that broke was SE1700....... Will see how the new one holds up. are the new decals nice and aligned?
ChUkKy Posted July 17, 2018 Share are the new decals nice and aligned? That issue is still unresolved so not gonna discuss that now... Theres a reason I asked for the decals separately so that I can do them myself

babse Posted August 3, 2018 Share So ever since the start of this tread I've been checking my mk3 Arch wheelset (bought from cwc in January) after every single ride. Yesterday for the first I noticed on the rear rim, 2 of these cracks starting. What the exact process @TwoWheelTrading? Do I bring the complete wheel or should I get it stripped to the rim? Also and more importantly, who pays for rebuild of wheel if rim gets replaced? Edited August 3, 2018 by babse

dev null Posted August 3, 2018 Share Bought the bike from CWC in March 2018... done just under 1300km.The c-zero freehub made by Cannondale is *** so that was replaced last week under warranty, all the pawl springs broke to little bits or broke. My son's C-Zero hub also went boom. Looks like a grenade went off inside it.
SlowManiac Posted August 14, 2018 Share My Crest Mk3 also cracked around the spoke holes. Custom wheel build from Chain Reaction. They are being super good about it so far and have organised a courier to pick the wheel up.
peetwindhoek Posted August 15, 2018 Share Meh, so I checked my rims (which never bothered me and has been working for 5 years), and lo and behold, cracks around the nipples. Will be riding it as is though

ChUkKy Posted August 15, 2018 Share Happy to report that both my Crest and Flow which cracked have been replaced.I must say that with all the crap service thats so prevalent these days, this experience blew that all out of the water. Between CWCycles and Two Wheel Trading, they've both been awesome in getting it all sorted. My OCD is at rest now babse, Quagga and RossW

My OCD is at rest now Same here, I called Two wheels and they said "saw your post on the hub" Just get Dave (Cycling Power) to do the warranty when he gets your wheel / hub for calibration. Got wheel back and all is good. Thanks very much to TwoWheels, this kept me on the Stans product. ChUkKy

Quagga Posted August 15, 2018 Share Just get the spoke tension checked by a reputable wheel builder. Are you implying that CWC are not good wheel builders? ChUkKy
DylanP Posted August 15, 2018 Share Thanks for the feedback. There is a set of used Flows with Hope Hubs available at R3900. Considering that. Else the Arch Mk3's with Pro 4 hubs are R6995 at CWC. Either way - I could sell the crest set
Tony56 Posted August 15, 2018 Share Had the same problem on the same bike with less weight. Got them on warranty for the arch. Looks a better rim
