Brian Smith, also in that pic is the Scot.

After completing a degree in Law and French at Queen's University Belfast, she moved to Edinburgh to take a post-graduate diploma in journalism at Napier University" Regardless of her origin, I repeat my assertion that she is really good in this role, has good insight and handles others well, and up for a laf as well. Lovely lass. Brian's been around ES for a long time (ex team manager of TDD, responsible for the Cav fiasco imho) I find he talks too much, although only 2nd as a Mr Know-It-All to CK

I think that was Brent Copeland, who was at MTN b4 Brian https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brent_Copeland Brian hasn't worked at a team since he got shown the door at TDD as far as I know. I know he was keen on picking up at British Cycling after Shane Sutton's exit but that didn't happen.

They tried that a few years ago, it didn't work out, Safety is big reason for the radios. They don't have radios at the World Champs and Olympics
