PhilipV Posted April 28, 2019 Posted April 28, 2019 I reckon we are witnessing a changing of the guard here, with a groundswell of strong young talent coming through, and yet the old hands bring a lot of wisdom and experience to the table. Never underestimate an old fox. Exciting times.

Gwin took a while to get back to speed when he switched to Specialized. I still think he's do better on 27.5

Maybe he should try EWS?been wondering if this isn't the end of an era. I was very surprised he didn't have enough time in the bag to qualify. First time in what, 22 years of racing that Mr Minn failed to qualify? Maybe it's time.

Just a bit of bad luck after it started raining, imo. If he'd not been injured last year it would have been a different story I reckon.
