And one or two long weekends. Today was a stunning day for a commute in the cape. Indeed it was. The smell of fresh air along beach road was priceless.

Back is 40m climbing and on my roadbike I managed to average 34.8 - no robots though and no it wasn't because of a CT South Easter tailwind
