I liked cork tape on top Tyre volume and pressure still the main way to make the ride easier on your arms and hands 100% with the above... but if you can't double wrap the whole bar, including drops, just do the tops from the levers inwards. Failing that, just an extra layer (or two) on the tops as a bare minimum
