Shower facilities in the Cradle

Can anyone recommend a place in the Cradle that has shower facilities, please?
Ideally needs to be open early, so we can park, ride and then shower afterwards.

There is facilities at Bidon as well as at Riverstone. Would recommend Riverstone.

 the bistro place? yes they do, but no warm water, so be warned

Avianto? I'm can't remember for certain if they have showers but they have very nice bathrooms there. It is other side of the river though so if you're road biking it might not work.

Avianto? I'm can't remember for certain if they have showers but they have very nice bathrooms there. It is other side of the river though so if you're road biking it might not work.

Avianto has showers at the clubhouse - not sure about operating times nor if you'd be expected to pay the trail riding fees
