I'd love LizzeAD to take it for the fairy tale element or AshleighMP because she was so devastated by the issues in the TT. How good would it be for her to come back and take the hoops?

Woah, Demi Vollering ripping the legs off the peloton on the first climb and losing 1 of her Dutch team mates in the process. About 25 riders in the in the main group. 15 - 20 riders chasing back on and then the peloton trying to come back.

 

Nice mental blow from the dutch there, putting questions into the heads of all those riders who lost contact and getting them to burn matches to chase back.... and the big climb is on the horizon.

Worlds worst attempt at a wheel change for the Kiwi rider on the Canyon-Sram bike by neutral service. Shimano mechanic cracks in the end and gives her a neutral service full bike change which is blatantly set up for a yeti rather than a normal human! She must be stoked.
