Maths is not my strongpoint ???? but I know that it will affected more than that as it isa 67.5° head angle

Good old pythagorus.

 

If your head angle is 70 degrees then a 20mm rise in spacers will give you a 17.3mm vertical height increase and 10mm back. 

 

Edit: I hope - it has been some years since I used sin, cos and tan :-)

 

 

18.8mm up (sin70x20)

6.8mm back (cos70x20)

 

can't use pythagoras because you only have one measurement that is known.
