Why would Alan Hatherly not be entitled to wear his ebike stripes? Or would he and he just chooses not to?Does not count or just too embarrassed

The race is crazy. It's starting to dry out on the open sections but remains wet and slippery in the trees. Could be really interesting for the men Milkman, ChrisF, Vetplant and 1 other 4
