fanievb Posted July 2, 2020 Share I have it on my bikeit's a TEEF to fit.instruction on youtube say make it wet and fit. DON'T do it. I had to chuck the top tube piece.for the rest had to cut them smaller and then fit SLOWLY. it does not go around funny bends and folds on the frame. edit:you can see the edge on the downtube Edited July 2, 2020 by fanievb

I did one of my frames before, extremely time consuming but worth it.

Steady Spin Posted March 9, 2022 Share What an absolute ball ache of a company to deal with. Three weeks already to try and get the correct order delivered. Ordered matte, gloss was delivered. They promised to sort it out on Monday. Nothing happening. I hope the product is better than their service. I want to pull the trigger on a complete kit for my Evil but now I’m super skeptical. The product is good and pretty easy to apply, with some patience. I’m about to get a frame warrantied that had a kit on and I’ve just ordered a second kit for the new frame when it arrives. Steady Spin Posted March 9, 2022 Share Thanks. I see Epic Sports is one of their listed shops. Wont be ordering from them directly. What is the Omnico connection?
Eddy Gordo Posted March 10, 2022 Share My buddy purchased armour ride and has been asking me to assist him in fitting it to his frame. First impressions, this does not compare to invisiframe, it is thinner (feels similar to the clear china town automotive wrap)and no instructions in the packaging a R1000 product that unacceptable. Secondly not all the pieces were sufficiently cut out, some sheets had the excess surrounds removed, where as the one with the surrounds was a nightmare, the stuff stuck to itself, and left marks. It is fitted and while he is kinda reasonably happy, it looks like crap and we have a general feeling that it will be peeling on the edges. Co incidentally a few bike shops did not want to fit armour ride. I have used and fitted invisiframe, Bikeshield, All Mountain guard and another south african product (which has peel/ lifted on the edges rather badly) If you have the time and patience, order invisiframe. It is a way more firmer product, it also does not stick to itself and the sheets are labelled and comes with a squeegee Others dont despite indicating that they do. We had to decipher the sticker sheet vs the small pictures on the box of armour ride. Invisiframe is extremely easy to fit. All mountain guard has some nice thick honey comp protection stickers, in many colours and patterns. Also easy to fit and never had an issue of it sticking to itself. I would say there downtube protector is the one to get as it should save your frame from rock strikes and then rest of the bike with bikeshield. My new favourite, Bike shield, nice thick skin, fitting is super easy and if it shifts on an edge push it back and it sorts it self out. Rather invest in the full kit from invisiframe https://www.invisiframe.co.uk/frames/evil Steady Spin
