More importantly, what does he think of the stage today?

Sags to podium?

Nizzolo or Sagan.

Also,..... it is pouring so that will make things fun[emoji23]

What does your son think for today? Seems to be the first real stage to make a move.

Steep Cat 2 finish, 4km @ 9.9% after a steadily climbing day, with a 4km run to the line

My thinking is either:

-Evenepoel wins it from a climbing group that goes on the final climb

or

-Strong Breakaway group takes the Win... maybe Thomas De Gendt shows his magic.

Wet wet wet at the start and at the finish.

Riders are in the Neutralized Zone. Start will be frantic with everyone trying to go in the break.

(We might not be able to see it, rain is spoiling the transmission of the video feeds.)

Two Belgians are up the road, but De Gendt isn't one of them.

Quintin Hermans and Victor Campenaerts have 19s on the peloton after 14km.

(No Video feed, just going off what the Live Tracking Website is telling us.)

I'm going with this one.

Isn't it too early to take GC jersey? And then the team will blow up defending and pacing and leading for the (almost) full tour? Or is that not really a thing anymore

Didn't that guy win it last year and not wear the pink shirt on a single stage?

What's weird is Bennett though.. He isn't going to win as much at another team.. This is generally what happens when sprinters leave DQS... Okay I get he want to earn as much as he can while he can but its a bit odd IMO.[emoji2368]

I get the impression Bennet doesn't get on well with other people. He has been loud mouth before and not much has happened but when your boss is an even bigger loud mouth you will never last.

Maybe. I didn't watch much of last year's race, so I could have had it wrong.
