I asked Steven (CSA Official) at number collection.

The yellow board is a timing board and frame number, as opposed to have the Faces timing number and a frame number like last year. In 2021 when they first issued the timing board, as a frame number, the bib number matched. The problem came up in 2022 as the timing board number and frame/bib number didn’t match, and therefore doesn’t comply with UCI regulations. This was a problem at other events that used the Faces timing board with bib numbers not matching.

Hello guys, my wife and kids want to go to the 94.7 with me tommorow, are there any activities for kids while waiting for daddy to finish?

It’s UCI regulations for licensed riders.
One for on the left pocket, one for on the right pocket.
