I would never guess NQ, based on the Key Stats alone.

What do the numbers (in brackets) mean? For the Classics I don’t recall that he’s won 5 Classics.

participation. nairo has done 3 times more GT than classic races!

here's today's mystery rider

Mid 30s rider, given they started clocking points in 2004/2006

Now that I understand the numbers in brackets, I know Daryl has 5x GC wins, but has he done the Giro?

bliksem on the money. i thought it would be harder than that -

i like this one because he's had an interesting career, but gets to go for his own glory every now and then

Honestly, was a lucky guess. The ITT's threw me off for a moment but then I remembered that SA champs count, so went with it as along shot.

Only remember his TDF appearances, will need to go see when the Vuelta and Giro happened.

Please keep this going, great fun.????

Hate to say it but Froomy has a terrible chart. As much as i would love him to be top ranked he just hasnt been the same since his accident.

we'll have to wait and see on that, but it looks like the train has left the station after accident.

I wouldn't say "terrible". from 2013 - 2017 he was in the top4 for 4 of those 5 years, and all worked around just doing prep and focussing on a GT (or two). what you can say is that his rise from relative obscurity was incredible, but the fall off it was even more dramatic

Mr 365, never age, Valverde

ja. uh mean if this was the metric he is handsdown the best rider of the last decade. also if you look carefully there's a 2 year gap when he was taking some enforced time off

Decade?

Consistent since 2003, he's in line for the best over the last twenty years.

for today's mystery rider, he is currently doing Giro and on the slate for TdF too. quite a consistent guy actually without ever shooting the lights out.
