Will take a big mind-shift to get to do that extra distance. Have an idea, but might sleep on it; hope it goes away. 😊 TheoG, Scary Rider and ChrisF

I try to keep it at 3000m per week. Another cool stat: I map each week that I have been sick for the past 10 years. You can see then by way of pattern what weeks are "dangerous" and you can try and avoid people and germs and etc etc. Week 6-9 and week 31-34 are danger zones....... To deviate a slight but from the thread, how do you capture sick periods/days etc (I assume excel)? Would have loved if Strava had a manual entry option to note flu or whatever... Spinnekop Posted January 4, 2023 Share CTL per week. I road indoor every day during the full lock down.........amazing to see how the fitness came down...... Also....in 2019 cracked my elbow.....took 20+ weeks to get back on some form.
Spinnekop Posted January 4, 2023 Share Last boring stat I promise. Mapping riding temps per week, you can sort off have a band of temps and where winter is starting and where the good "mild" rides start after winter. Obviously riding different times of the day influences the stats but you get a broad idea over time I.e week 18-20 temps drop and week 23-25 temps start going back up.
