the durbanville hills are....hilly

I get around 750m elevation easily on one of my 25km routes around the burbs and up to tygerberg nature reserve. 

Odendaal rd in Aurora (where 99'er ends) is only one of many you can string together to get some hurt in.

That’s the thing though. Im not really lissing to get some hurt in.

 

Maybe things will be different in a month or so. Perhaps i should put off early registration until closer to the race.

Good Day

This will be the first time i am participating in a D.Dash.  90km

Do you have any pointers for the race ?  What to look out for, what not to do ? What yo watch out for, etc.

Is this also your first road race, or just first Durbie Dash?
