Mmm, M&Ms being dished out in the peloton.

Brilliant advertising that. Ambush marketing potentially.

If Covid was a worry - this would worry me...
(as fun and harmless as it seems)

Especially if you saw how some of them were putting their dirty, sweaty paws into the same packet. 😂

So much for the optimists that said Pogacar is going for a win on all the last stages ..... 🤪🤣🙈

Happy for Campenaerts. Solid effort boys.

Goosebumps for that win. Arguably the most selfless teammate and such a unique character.

Seen him suffer on so many breakaways. So happy for the guy.

What a heartfelt post stage interview! I watched this a few weeks ago and is a very detailed and realistic view of what it takes to live a high performance lifestyle by an ol’ pro.

Bini has 33 point lead on Jasper for the Green Jersey.

Stage 19: 20 points on offer today at the Intermediate Sprint. Bini would probably need to stick to Jasper like Glue till the sprint, just to be sure.
(Neither one is going to  get points at the Stage Finish... right?)

Stage 20: 20 points tomorrow at Intermediate.
(But, I don't see either one getting the Intermediate or the Finish points)

Stage 21: TT, neither is realistically going to compete for the Stage Classification and the points on offer.

TLDR; So it seems a foregone conclusion that Bini will take it, as long as he can reach Nice.

The Mighty Bonette:

The highest paved road in EuroLand at about 2800 metres above sea level will be navigated today Then a 40 km descent before the finale. Are you able to leave work early, get to a TV screen and make yourself a deep brew of coffee with  a box of Ouma's Rusks.

It is a juicy rivalry between the top 3, especially between positions 2 and 3 with the maillot jaune looking invincible at this point in time. The battle for an esteemed position in the top 10 is also very exciting especially between for positions 8, 9, 10.

Weather: Warm, sunny, maybe windy at 28 degrees celsius.

My man, Victor Campanaerts!

Chris Horner is very marmite-y, but knows his stuff and I'm enjoying his insights and hand-waving.
