We purchased a really lekker watch strap at the CTCC expo and I contacted Forza yesterday after the watch strap started pulling apart. Less than 24 hours later, the doorbell rings and a warranty replacement strap is on the watch. We're great fans of Forza's products (use the cellphone pouches too) and after this, we're even more brand loyal.

So instead of sharing the usual gripes over poor service  (of which there's plenty), I challenge others to tell us of brands they're loyal to because of great products and service

I get what OP is saying and yes awesome service. But a strap that only lasted 4 month's  would probably stick in my mind rather than the service received.

I Prefer Products that Don't Break.

That Buys Me Brand Loyalty.

Having to Exchange Something Shows Poor Manufacturing and Inadequate Quality Control.

I'm a little different, things happen, stuff slips through QC etc. Its how the after sales service is handled that counts. Obviously there are exceptions

IMHO a watch strap is a disposable consumable.

I've not had one from Garmin, Suunto or swatch in the family last more than a few months without the little catch things breaking or the rubber giving out between the holes.

I tried one of those Fabric ones from Garmin and it gave me a rash.

Getting a warranty replacement on something that could very well wear quickly/break due to how the item is used is top notch in my books.

Well done to Forza

I do not.... I try to drive as little as possible to be honest. Cars are dumb and should be treated like cigarettes. 😜

Is there a Ford/Motoring joke/stereotype that I am missing?
