I took my old anthem to 130mm i could not feel much difference going up ..However dropping down the bike felt alot more stable .....That being said i got me newer geo bike and I now constantly question why i waited this long to upgrade as its much more enjoyable riding the new geo bike......

From what I can get on what you're wanting is a different bike. putting a longer fork on raises the BB and by doing this it makes the bikes handling more horrible. the rule of thumb in bike geometry is if you steepen the head angle you can should have a higher BB if you slacken the head angle you should have a lower BB to balance out the bikes handling.

From what I have seen in the past with my clients they spend all the money on the bike trying to convert a bike into a bike that it isn't. Also there will be no return/increase in value after you've done all the changes. My suggestion is keep the money you have for the planed upgrades and changes sell your bike on that well known website where everyone puts their bike for sale on and get a 2nd hand or new bike that fits the criteria you're wanting. 

Their are lots of Scott sparks in your criteria on bike hub a between 20 to 40k for a alu bike with 120mm front, i think 110/120 rear, dropper post, boost axel and so on.

Most forks I see (especially the 120mm and up 34s) are boost. My wheelset is non boost so I want to use the non-boost wheel on a boost fork. 

Too Much Travel Makes Your Bike Taller in Front and Slacker. A little is OK but too much and you might pick up problems. (eg Front wheel Lifting when You Sitting Pretty pedalling up a steep Hill).

Like Raising the Front Suspension on a car but leaving the back standard will make the Car Handle Badly.

So, I was long toying with the idea of upgrading the fork on my 120mm Camber. I rode that bike on every line I could apart from Plumber. I even did Tokai DH on it. And in my head, that bike wasn't needing to be upgraded. I would however find myself walking down the top jank of the Conters Rhino 1.  

Well, a week ago I finally decided to pull the trigger on a new bike. I got the Spez Stumpy EVO with 160mm Fox 36 and 150mm Fox Float X.

On Sunday at the Conters Funduro I rode down the Rhinos and obliterated that jank as if it wasn't there, and Strava informed me I PR'd the line.

My advice? Don't waste money putting lipstick on a pig. It might have a pretty smile, but it's still a pig.

Add to this that I'm 110kgs in the shade, 120mm 32 is likely gonna be horrible.

Sounds to me like the answer is to get a new geo trail bike instead of the Anthem.

Living close by Tokai you want a bike with decent geo and good suspension. I'm 125kg or thereabouts and my Stumpy with the Fox 36 feels amazing even for a big chap such as myself. My Camber with 120mm Rockshox Revelation 32 was wallowing by comparison on the rough stuff.

@DrewThere are a couple of hacks to extend Travel on any air fork by 10mm but I don't Know if it could cause a safety Issue. I've done it once on a damaged fork and it did make the visible portion of the stanchions 10 mm longer than before. Never had the courage to do it on a working fork.

It Involves shortening the length of  the Negative Pressure Chamber but Increasing the Volume of the NPC at the same time.
