I met Alwyn Dippenaar a few years back while he was on holiday in Yzerfontein, i see he is riding in the top 5 currently.

Besides trackleaders I don’t see any social media live updates. The Munga must have the worst social media coverage of any big(ish) race in SA. Damn it’s dreadful.

She didn't go into details, but it probably was a crash. I can only assume it involved an aardvark hole if I look at her tracking, that section is known to have plenty of aardvark holes. This is only my assumption.
