I bought R760 worth of goodies recently including 2 x Bibs and a Colnago hoodie plus a few freebies and paid around R350 duties 👍 I'm rather impressed with the Bibs, way better than the 1st set I bought 2 years ago. I'd actually even wear these outdoors 😊

Sorry Guido, did it via the app on my phone but the one is SOUKE Men's breathable Quick-Dry Suspender Cycling Shorts  - R282 and the other is Spring and Summer Cycling Bib Shorts with Embossed Branding (Donen) - R321. The Donen ones have quite a thin shamois and a thin lycra and straps but they fit well.

For that price they are well worth it, even if they only last me a season 👍

Bought  Photochromic glasses for R90, must say they are comfortable and work just as well as my R2k oakley sutro's, It feels like they fog up less than my oakley's but time and a proper sweat fest will tell.

Couldn't find DMR deathgrips in snow camo locally, so bought some DMR knock-off for R78, did a few training rides and a race and so far so good, very impressed

winter jacket had a zipper issue, credited, returned and will reorder another, material quality felt great

Hiya, does anyone know if temus long cycling jerseys are warm?

One of our cycling group had one on the weekend. Looks very smart. Not sure about warmth. Looks to be the same thickness as the short sleeved versions.

No I wear a t shirt and Temu arm warmers underneath then the cold are  bearable but still good value for money

Warm jerseys would probably be listed as winter/thermal/fleece.?

I tried 2...

This one is just a 'normal' cycling top with long sleaves:

This one is very warm (but very polyester, not sure I believe it's wool lined!😄😞

Recently ordered x2 cycling tops, a bib, and some cycling baggies.

Painless experience, once again. The bib is really good quality material. Unfortunately, the fit is wrong in the sense that the chamois bulges in the front and does not look good at all. It is a men's bib, and I am not a man, but I've used men's bibs in the past and never had that problem. However, it still works for indoor rides and I just wear a pair of shorts over them.

The baggies are a little big, but very comfortable with ample pockets for snacks.

The cycling tops are good quality, and the sizing as per the website was accurate.

Has anyone ordered a dropper post from Temu?

I'm not ready to sink R5k on one locally, and Temu has a couple around the R1300 mark.

I saw someone else started a thread about droppers, and one person commented "You get what you pay for", which I understand.

But as a casual rider, I accept that I might spend R1k on something that only lasts a year or three. Or maybe, due my casual-ness, it lasts me five!

I just can't. If something goes wrong, I'll never forgive myself.
