My son got a set of these cable to hydraulic calipers for his mullet gravel bike .... they look pretty ok and he said the feel and braking is good SO

Got my wife to order me a set on her next order .... fitted and yip they do as they say on the advert, my #1 gravel so don't ride it that much besides at the few races I do and an occasional long training ride. They take the older XT type pads with the 'hook' ... should be all good

Anyone bought carbon road/gravel wheels off Temu? At around R5-6k it's an interesting prospect....

the inner width is very narrow on all the ones I have seen on Temu...quite dated by modern standards..

Quality wise I would not worry about a catastrophic failure....I have never read anything on all the overseas forums I follow

22-23mm internal width on the ones I've seen, isn't that fairly wide?

the ones in the link show 21mm IW… on gravel now the widths used vary from 25 to 30mm

It's a scam, don't do it! You get nothing for free or R1 on Temu. You have to order other stuff to get the deal, and the other stuff is off a limited list that you probably don't really want AND the items are priced are higher than normal... yeah, the spin the wheel thing is just so cheesy and annoying. You should be able to just exit it without spinning though...

Has anyone had their package delivered on time by the new courier provider GFS Express?

I ordered a batch of items in November with an estimated delivery date of 8 December. I've received no less than 8 'out for delivery' notifications since then but no package and when I follow up, GFS gives me a proper run-around with various excuses and frankly, blatant lies. 

Temu has refunded the full value of items, which is great but I'm wondering if there's even a point in ordering again if it's just going to add to the GFS backlog.

My previous order was delivered by CN Express but when they came to deliver it was the same guy from Fastway.

I've never had an issue with an order from Temu, they've always arrived and normally before the delivery day.

It'll arrive, eventually. Same thing happened to mate over Xmas, got refunded and package arrived early Jan. Free goodies 👍

Ya I've never had issues with deliveries before. In fact, I've also been impressed with how quickly the items arrive but this is the first order that goes through GFS.

I have 2 sitting with GFS at the moment... one out for delivery, and one "we are trying to deliver your package", which is short for we will get there when we get there which appears to precede the out for delivery on the GFS tracking (You can't rely on Temu's out for delivery, as that could be any time in the next 7 days according to them)
Will update if it ever arrives.
