Chilli Pepper Posted January 8, 2007 Share Mich, was it in a post somewhere? I must've missed it, sorry! Goodness, hope you didn't get hurt too bad?
NotSoBigBen Posted January 8, 2007 Share CP - I can't believe you missed MichH's soft porn! Don't think any of the guys did Byron says that the Merida never ever threw him off maliciously and he's a bit shocked to hear that!
Chilli Pepper Posted January 8, 2007 Share Hi BigBen, I'll have a look around for Mich's post, tx. The Merida doesn't like me! That's the conclusion I've had to come to. I've been taking good care of him, new tyres, replaced some other parts, washed, polished etc, but he keeps throwing me off.. It's like he gets some malicious pleasure out of seeing me bleed, and bleed I do... I've actually decided to stick to the road for a while now. Thug Posted January 8, 2007 Share He he! Chilli' date=' I think I took the cake with my fall on the D n D, or maybe The Thug with his black eye from our non-technical ride yesterday? [/quote'] That's not fair......... When you are cruising downhill @ 40kph on a single track trying to dodge slower riders at the same time avoiding tree roots.....it does become technical. (especially when Mampara stops IN THE Singletrack and you have knee high grass all around)

MichH Posted January 8, 2007 Share Hehehe, we'll get you back on the MTB nice and slow, and work up to the crazy stuff! Erm, the bruise is now going through all shades of yellow, purple and green, and it's not as sore any more. I guess I have to learn to stop falling off! The Thug, I'm pulling your leg, I know exactly how wrong that could go, but in our defense, we did tell you there was a sand/ water bar at the bottom of the hill!! (P.S. it nearly caught me out as well!)
