All depends what you intend doing in 24hrs, if you want to do as many laps as possible i.e ride competitively then forget doing any kind of racing for at least 2-3 weeks. However if you intend to do a few laps then chill for a bit and have a sleep later then get up and do some more it won't be too bad. Some people have been known to ride for a bit then leave and go to a party and then come back the next morning and carry on haven't they Jules? The event has grown too large for Northern Farm 2. Better camping grounds and facilities 3. More exciting "real" MTB trails 4. More secure for cyclists 5. More controlled environment ?
