We all knew that if he didn’t make the 30seconds up before the TT, he would’ve definitely done it there. Could this be a sign of weakness? Is he not that confident in his abilities that he felt he had to attack when Andy was down? Again, risk vs reward... Had he waited and Andy cracked him on Thursday he could’ve potentially lost the Tour. Maybe he wasn’t that confident that he could stick with Andy on the Tourmalet?
