124 lost 1 kg i suppose all that gym worked but those spur buffalo wings counter acted the process, this is going to be a mad week of excercise and veggies.

How is this possible? Over the last 4 weeks, I’ve trained on average 14 houers / week.

I have lost 7cm but no weight?

Simple - wieght consists of 3 major factors:

1. Water

2. Fat

3. Muscle

 

Loose fat, retain water and gain muscle - et voila, your weight stays the same.
