Hi,

What is the easiest way to top-up the sealant of your tubeless setup? Just deflate, pop out the bead, and pour in some more? Do you have to do the whole soap-and-water thing afterwards again etc?

Any quick fixes?

Not the cheapest, but I recon the easiest is to buy two small bottels of Stans and undo the vavle, empty the bottle , replace valve and inflate, that way the tyre was not un-done from the rim and inflating should not be a problem.

Deflate tyre slowly. Remove valve core. Take a plastic syringe and fill up with sealant. Place syringe in end of valve stem and refill. Replace stem core and inflate.

Easy

Get a 15 gauge needle and 20ml syringe, suck the sealant up through the needle, then you know it'll go back through, jab it through the tyre tread, inject and spin. This way you don't even need to deflate. Look for a duiweltjie hole, and you won't even be putting a new hole in your tyre.

I've only done this when I'm feeling very lazy or am in a hurry.

Every 3 to 5 months I give my wheels a sealant - service. Remove the tyre, loose the old sealant, clean the rims and tyres, add new fresh sealant and off I go. The only way I get proper peace of mind. Works for me!
