Smoking combined with anything is not an option...............never start and if you want to quit hats off to the person trying, I hope and wish you manage to do it. If you want to justify smoking and all its negative impacts, I feel sorry for you
Well written, I agree. My Mrs. uses an e-bike and we go for long rides together without her having to stress about the hills. It is also a good workout for me as I battle to keep up with her on these hills as she motor paces me
