I was involved in the world of bodybuilding for a few years and 2% is what is know as "Death Paper" Ronnie Colman (MR Olimpia) gets to betwean 2-4% before major showings, he can only stay at that for a few days and then has to pick up, he basically starves himself for days and just drinks water to get to that.
