  3. To my dear fellow hubbers...especially those new to the Hub and trying to sell stuff....here are a few tips to make your sales run smoother. 1) Brand new means NEW !!!! never ridden, never touched the dirt, no ass has come into contact with the saddle here is what the the interweb says: brand-new (brndn, -ny) adj. Being in a fresh and unused condition; completely new. 2) using the word BARGAIN in your add means less than Malema's "I am sorry" to us here on the Hub, we only buy bargains, at less than bargain prices! so using the word Bargain just makes us think "hold on....something is wrong here...what are the trying to hide!" 3) We know our bikes, we look at them all day, every day, some times we even wake up at night and sneak a quick look and then go back to bed. We know what colour bikes were in what year, what geom they had and what components they came with 4) we have all seen the no name brands made by the people in that Asia place, we know what they cost to land here, putting your own sticker on it and trying to sell it for 2 or 3 times the price will not work...ever....ever!!! (Remeber the d**s who tried to sell a no name hard tail as an unbranded S-Works???) flame away!!
  4. you will find 2011 models in shops now or very soon, from what I have seen the shops seem to try clear the stock at the original price for as long as they can and only later in the new year drop for older models

  13. dude, training when on drugs is bad! especially lsd! ok on a serious note, i heard Raynard Tissink talk once about a season he had that went pear shaped, saying how the entire season he was getting sick and he was saying as many have already said how it came down to the amount he was training, think it was the season after he had done so well in the world iron man circit, he increased he training so much and that his body was working so hard to recover from his sessions that his imune system became very week. he started using a product call moducare to boost his imune system and had a masive improvment, i know these guys will say what ever for these products, my mom has cancer and one of the things she was advised to take was this moducare thing because it works so well, might worth a look

  17. as mentioned many factors can cause this. core strength being the big one. also make sure you stretch the hamstrings very well before you ride. They attached at the lower back and if not stretched propery they start to tighten as you ride and cause lower back pain.
