Very impressive. Titan aren't nearly as a big a player as Trek, Spez etc so if they can offer the build kits they do maybe people are allowed to call out a R90k Trek with NX. The question is now very much why not a Titan. I could find no reason and took my new Cypher (Carbon) for it's first ride this weekend and I'm very happy with my choice. There is no compromise on build quality or design, it simply offers much more for less.

What if we built a bike focused around the purest imaginable road riding experience? That experience will be 90% dependant on the road and 10% on the bike. These Spez press releases are just getting more ridiculous by the day.

I bought what might be the last 2020 Cypher Elite. I haven't been able to ride it yet but I'm super happy with what I received coming from a Spez. It ticked all the boxes for me (120mm with modern down country geometry, deluxe ultimate shock, XT 1x12 etc) for much much less than the competition. The quality and detail is first class. I also dealt with the Titan guys a bit and the service has been first class. If I need a new road or gravel bike chances are 90% it will be a Titan. The 2021 Cypher Comp for ~R50k is also a really solid bike and well specd by 2021 standards.

I still can't get my head around what I as a consumer can do on your website? If I look at a XM421 Rim for example it says login to see prices. It that login something anybody can register or is it a dealer login? EDIT I see the difference between getstoked.store and getstokeonline now.

Without really being in the market I enquired about a bike last week. The service and price was so good I pulled the trigger. They didn't have a medium but sourced a new front triangle to rebuild the small they had. I'm a happy customer.

I ordered one set after reading the good feedback on bike hub and after trying it immediately ordered more. I don't think I'll look at anything else again.

This is just factually wrong on every level. Zwift is a native app on the Apple TV and you don't stream anything. That's why it's a ~1.6GB install.

Last comment before we derail the s-works completely. I left out Oriental Delight in New Germany. I still get bunny chows from there just about every time I'm in the area.

I'll be one of those elders then. Went to primary school at Gelofte and used to walk to Hill street after school where my mom was working at a clinic. Always stopped to browse at RBS Yamaha on the way and even bought my first Meccano at Reggies in Hill street. I go there often for work now and I'm afraid to drive that area.

Apple TV 4k for around R4000. Super stable (none of the Windows 10 Bluetooth Issues) and you would need an expensive gaming laptop to get better performance than the Apple TV.

If I had paid my dues and was good enough at my job to choose where and when I wanted to work I wouldn't want to be away from home and family most of the time either now with the Eng, India and Aus series out of the way for a few years. Time is precious. The logical thing would be for him to play home matches and the world cup but people wouldn't be happy with that.

It's not test cricket but I always enjoy seeing the saffas perform in the IPL. Nice to have de Kock and ABD in the same team as well.

I see the player union is jumping in to contest Smith and co's bans. In what other job does an employee earning R17 000 000 a year get protection from a union after starting a corruption scandal causing the company to lose its biggest investors. When they were doing well they wanted the lions share of the income because they were the game. Now suddenly they are just young boys who love cricket who cannot possibly take responsibility for the welfare of the sport. Of course, we should forgive on a human level. But on a business level the sanctions seem about right to me. Rant off.

Not really but with that confirmed the initial press conference where they straight faced the tape story weighed heavily against them and added significantly to the sanctions.
