  1. I, a Liverpool fan smiled at that, and I enjoy it when these rich teams get beaten, even by United.
  2. Can't believe he's wearing a helmet. Because what is it protecting, the vacuum in his skull.

    IM70.3 SA

Not sure where you're from but Hekpoort , Sterkies and the Tracking station route are good options. From the bottom of Hekpoort to Keywest in Krugersdorp is about similar to the 70.3 route.

They must have thought everything is under control. But ya, just stopping and just enquirying would have showed they care. But , care, few do!

    Humans!

Had a similar crash a couple of years ago, the only one to ask me if I was OK was a black guy. As they say , not all blacks are bad, and not all bads are black.
  12. clothing, HRMS, wheels(mentioned this a few years ago, if I know you I'll consider, but wheels from some stranger ... naaaaaa), To cut the story short, I'm weary of anything someone else used before.
  13. I don't think there is 10 tri clubs, in Fourways there is the Troisport lot, but that is out of the way for me. So you go with cycling and running clubs and Virgin active for swimming. 1 in 3.
  14. Will enter Decemberish...on more or less 9.5hrs, its early days... would like to get off the last page of the result book. Looking to finish IM number 5!
  15. do you have debt, a bond or car, credit card, put a big part onto that and spend some on yourself.
  16. Yes you have, but it is s---l---o----w ... very slow
  17. Goodness dude, relax!!! Red robot is worse, because all cyclists gets tainted by the stupidity of a few. the general public don't know that cyclists use EPO, it doens't affect them.
  18. Don't let idiots spoil it for you. Those who don't wear helmets, jump robots, litter...they're beneath you, ignore them, they probably don't have an education or lessons in manners you get when growing up. Enjoy your cycling and don't let their itiotic behaviour let you stop what you're enjoying.
  19. + 1...
  20. Very nice, Cervelo TTs are always awesome... price?
  21. IMO chances are good that the Deore crank is an old model as well. That f*&^*^*((sorry for the language) shop... they get my blood boiling in an instant.
  22. Or rather don't buy from that hubber...
  23. +1 - Rudo, you need to take an immune system booster like Viral Choice or other and a multivitamin.
  24. Reminds me of a chat I had at an airport coffe shop with an American. When there is a knock on his door late at night he ussually opens with his shotgun ready, the guy who knocks shows immidiate respect.
  25. I decided to pack the IDT away, it works, if you do intervals. And you have more control over intervals on it since you don't have traffic, robots, taxis. But I've found a 2k hill close to home which I go and ride once a week after work. Thats my lactate tolerence training intervals. Saturday I'll do aerobic stamina intervals, and Sunday a long Aerobic endurance.
