  5. in this case you can't go on equipment. There is a huge difference in performance for a full time athlete(training up to 30hrs a week, it not more) against someone who sits in an office the whole day (train maybe up to 15/20 hrs)! compare apples with apples

  15. Also back from my nightmare, caused by training way too little for it. But ya, overweight, undertrained, the feet took strain on the run, and it was a long day. YOu lot should see Chrissie Wellington, fat % must be 6 - 8 , and her biking... (in addition to her run) goodness , she kicked @ss... I haven't seen striations on an athletes calves like that since bodybuilding...
