Isn't it possible for CL to use the results that are posted on CC and WT and transfer them to the names on the data base of the SSL manually? By doing this at least the SSL will stay alive. Surely once the results are posted by the timing companies, the info could be used to update the seedings. It will mean work for a person to capture this info, but will eliminate all the time spend on the phone by CL to try and defend the inefficiencies of the timing companies, who are not keeping their side of the deal.

the seeding ladder has not been updated for 3 months now, and there are quite a few races that I have done which would have inproved my seeding for the shova, but based on present SSL it's at the back for me.... WT and CC are not coming to the party with their results....CL needs their input to update SSL.

Hi hubbies... enjoy your job, I have just been retrenched last week.Been expecting it for 18 month's now. Company is carving out, demerging etc etc... I'm in HR with engineering back ground, and retrenched about 150 staff and then it came my way. Will finish end September, and being isolated from the info flow I've had time to get on the Hub. So after 19 years I will get a CV together and look for something else. Not complaining about the package, as they screwed up with the process and it's cost them. So enjoy your working conditions no matter what - and the hub - till you can get something better and move on.

the hype is just so contagious and overwhelming, u can't afford to just let the occation slip by. But get the seedings right, as the groups are big and the war cry is "keep left, coming right" if you start in the back.... It's nearly like " give me my chocolaaaat" cry when we do the rural areas... ongoing, never stops.

Yah...it was in my face all the time. we had a kamikaze in our B group... all over the place and I learn't new words what a person can be called did a 2.52 which was helped on to get by this @ssh&le trying to get away from him, which I did eventually as I rode away from Tora Tora Tora... as he was on a path of self destruction.
