    Im looking to get a grinder to pair up with my espresso machine. Is the Hario Skerton manual grinders good enough for espresso shots? Or should i go electric?

    I agree with Pure Savage. Those red lines made a massive difference on the Woodstock side coming from town. There is still the odd car parking on the bike lane. But I think things will only get better.

    I reckon it makes a good cuppa. Im not exactly a coffee snob but my wife is. So I get her to do the taste tests. I had to play around with dosing and see what works. When you say you couldn't get it up to pressure... How do you know that the pressure is lacking?

    Found this espresso machine at a place that sells second hand furniture in Woodstock. Then rushed off to Truth Coffee and bought a bag of beans. The helpful lady at Truth offered to grind the beans for me. (I know the grinding should be done just before I pull a shot but I don't have a grinder yet) Took me a couple of cups of coffee before I got it right

    In most cases these "celebs" as you call them, actually use their status for good causes. Like raising funds for charities.

    I rode the Cape Epic last year for Liqui fruit. They sponsored me with a entry and 5 Castelli kits. They also paid for my massages. Everything else was for my own account. In return we had to raise funds for 2 boys who were attacked by pitbulls and needed reconstructive surgery. It was part of the Miles For Smile Foundation.

    I gave up Crossfit for this exact reason. The training used to be sp intense that I couldn't recover in time for my cycling interval training sessions

    4 months turnaround time is the norm. DG was also informed 4 months later. Impey requested his B sample be tested and was present at that test. End of the day he failed an IQ test. He probably didn't think they would pick that substance up in his body since its such a outdated substance these days.

    I noticed taxis and motorists give me more space(1.5m) and more respect on the road if I'm commuting with my backpack. I reckon they see an ordinary guy on his way to work trying to make a living. When I commute to work without my backpack they probably see a lycra clad nuisance.
