Last year the majority of km’s were done on Zwift. The coco cadence bunch was huge during this time. Felt a bit like cheating though… 40 km/h at 2.4 W/Kg in the coco bunch… Not nearly as hard as riding all 500km outdoors, or even worse, on a mtb (the real festive 500 😜)

The resistance levers are used/adjusted to maintain the correct watts/cadence combination. Crucial if following a specific workout/program.

Interesting replies. I count myself lucky then, as my tickr has been working without any issues for almost 3 years now. I have been using it with my elemnt bolt and ipad (zwift) without any stability or connection issues. It only dies when the battery is kaput, change of battery and all good again. With which head units are the issues with?

Exactly. We are in the George area for holiday and need to be back usually the first week in January for kids to go to school. For me travel back to george the following weekend again is just not feasible.

I just wish they could change the dates to within the school holiday.

Hi. please assist. Bicycle (ckt frame) currently has a BB386 pressfit BB installed with a Shimano 105 crankset 24mm spindle. I want to install a Sram red crankset. The sram crankset spindle has about 2mm play, so I need a different BB/spacers. Not a fan of the spacer route, so will the normal Sram gxp pressfit road BB be correct?

So elite, va and vb bunches were disqualified due to crossing the middle line… I would love to hear the inside scoop of what happened there!
