This sums up my thoughts. Like you said, the other pro ladies were present, so not exactly a B field of competitors on the day. Given her (and cyclings) history, I am just sceptical of her performance. If she is racing clean, well done to her. It takes a monumental effort and commitment to race at that level.

This. It is not suspicious at all that this lady (Ex doper) in her 50's is racing (and winning) the much younger ladies? She also seems to choose her races quite carefully. I assume we will only see the SA jersey then at the attakwas.
Another question: What is the best way to ensure coffee is served hot? After frothing and pouring the milk, my cappuccinos are not very hot. I fill the cups with boiling water before use and discard the water before pulling the espresso, so the cups are hot.
Finally getting the barista express dialed in. 18g of beans to around 40g of espresso, extracted in around 24s. Many beans later, I know how espresso should not taste... Interesting hobby this. PS. My latte art is stil way below par.
Had a weird failure last night. While racing, the power indication/cadence and HR just froze at one value. I attempted to pair the trainer and hr monitor again, but still remained frozen. Only fix was to switch off my trainer and restart it. Then paired again and I could continue the race (4 minutes lost in total). First time this happened. Tacx flux S running zwift on Ipad.
I was under the impression that all prizes were lucky draws, with everyone in with a chance of winning. I do not see the point in some pro cyclists winning a pair of oakleys for the fastest strava segment time. Just my 2c. Maybe I read the t&c wrong on the initial adds.
Haha well done. Then you were just ahead of me! Would have been a different race if drafting was enabled and it was known that there were prizes for the top 3???? Started of easy to try and form a nice group, until I realised there was no drafting????????♂️ At least Matt Beers did not catch us.
