    I think the riders only arrive in the week before and they're the ones who make the requests. What do the UCI know about actual bike riding anyway....

    Not very much - some pads, filling in the rock wall ride gap ( damn) - anything else? Most of the the top riders are having no issues with the tech features. The rest of the track is pretty natural (when they not on a tar road) and quite challenging too.

    Those slippery when wet log paved landings and corner plus the very jagged rocks between the two lanes they created on the rocky drop off look dodgy. I would not be surprised if some changes are made before the race.

    Greg got 25th in the finals on Saturday. Working his way back up with a separated shoulder. The youngsters in the team are both injured - broken femur and broken hand. Its all on Greg now.

    And poor Jackson is now sidelined with a knee injury for the whole season it seems.

    This is such a great sport. More and more i find that anything else, F1, Moto X etc pales into insignificance compared to this. You can buy a bike imagine your a WC racer going down DH 3 and then watch them do it properly. Yeehaa.

    Nope, everyone gets it on this channel, especially the old dopers now involved with teams where athletes break doper records from years ago and are supposedly "clean".
