Adri has worked on my bike before when he was at cyclelab and he knows his stuff. I think some of the best mechanics work from home because they can and not because they cant find a job. You will often be surprised as to how many bike shops send work to the home mechanics to do.

Lately i have been noticing the same people selling lots of bikes in the classifieds on the hub. Some of them also on gumtree. Just wondering where they getting all their stuff from.

PPA had adopted a different way of working out indices for the past year our so. I think that they have dumped all the results from the older sytem. We can all remember all the threads complaining about members best ride`s not getting a good index with this system and they not moving up. i think changing the group ranges should hopefully compensate for the fact that you simply get a higher index for the same ride on the new system.

Anyone that doubts that Alberto will be on the podium are nuts. it wont be easy for him to get 1st. The mountain stages will be different this year. The cops there also work on the premise that you cant come back there and defend yourself since it would simply cost you too much, so you just end up paying the fines by the time you get a summons. Does it not all boil down to intention after all? putting a false number plate on your car to avoid paying fines is quite different to having your own plate on the rack albeit the wrong one.

You get a NEW bike from the bike shop in less than a week and you call this a negative experience!! The shop took responsibilty what more do you want? Obviously no mechanic would take responsibility for this,let alone the supplier. That scratch is right on the top tube it wouldbe difficult to miss. I am surprised your brother in law did not see it when he put his bike on his bike rack.

With all these positives for clenbuterol I reckon now they should just drop the case against Alberto.

I will definately be slower on climbs with the 5kg i have picked up. I thought Grabouw here I come but my son as a rugby match so no go. I still have my alma with the Aerozine crank. What i want to know is if I run 42/28 with a 11-36 cluster how many gears easy gears would i loose vs a triple crank? would 39/26 be better?

I finally succumbed to all the marketing hipe so I bought me one and sold my 26er. Frankly I dont care if it makes me faster or slower, it simply looks cool.
