  1. I used to like Para too, but he started to get touchy when I started pinching his bum. Seriaaasly, Para is a cool dude, who really goes out of his way to help everyone (especially if you're a blonde haired bomb-shell) and I think when he posted this, he did so with his tongue planted so firmly in his cheek, he had to use lube.
  2. Hey Nancy, I offered my entry last week and have already given it to Terminator.
  3. Mampara, I thought you had taste. Are you taking up surfing. And if so, why do you need a shammy in your baggies, when a sock will do?
  4. M, I know what I'm wearing on our next MTB ride. Skin suit, booties, full gloves and a time trial helmet.
  5. lol, Nancy you shoulda asked me for my entry. I woulda swapped it for some time in your erm, dungeon.
  6. This may sound stupid, but why not just buy frames and transfer the groupsets?
  7. I must say, I love my new XTR wheels.
  8. Have you seen TNT's Ferrari girls pictures ? The competition is pretty in tight red. yeah' date=' but I bet they wouldn't be much of a challenge on a scrabble board[/quote'] You do it on a scrabble board ? Kinky. Yes, Nancy Drew is a ...............................
  9. OK, I feel sorry for the person that got hurt, but my wife broke her leg there and it was her own fault. Those see-saws are cool, if you can't handle them, don't ride over them, and if you do and fall, then that's life. A friend of mine told me about someone who saved up for years to ride Route 66 in the states on a Harley. First day he was there, he was killed in an accident. That's life. You can't ban something because it's dangerous.

    Stem Length

I ride with a 120mm stem (I have a long body and short legs). No problems.
  11. Bastard, my advice to you is to, put cement in your tyres.
  12. Rock 'n Roll rules. I even use the red on one my MTB in dry conditions.
  13. mid 20's, like 20.5 or as in 25km/hr. If it's 25km/hr, phone Burry, otherwise I may be interested.
  14. I've never tried the ones you've mentioned, all I can tell you is XTR cables and housings rock.
  15. Yes, and i'm wearing my Yellow Jersey. PM me and I'll send you the route via e-mail.
  16. Feel welcome to join the pain on Sunday with Cresta Wheelers "In the Spirit of the Tour" rides. Please see crestawheelers.co.za for more details.
  17. Welcome to the Hub. What you eat and drink is only important when you train (hard) or race, consecutive days. I use water during training and may stop for a coke and a Kit Kat if it's a long training ride. The most important thing is to eat well (carbs) before you ride (unless you want to loose weight, then it's coffee only) and eat protein, as soon possible, afterwards to aid in recovery (again if you want to loose weight, wait before eating). During races I drink water and use energy gels. I have found carb drinks make you more thirsty. On long rides (4 hours+) I will try and eat a sarmie or two, during the ride / race.
  18. The new Powertap will be compatible, just not sure when it's going to be launched. I believe you may be able to upgrade the 2.4 system in the future?
