    My main gripe is how do you justify a 55% increase in entry cost? as a % increase this is even above the EPIC!! yet you subjected to more neutral zones with crappy road conditions.

    Well if the one tonner can go at R150 how can you justify a cost of R1000pp IMHO I dont need food served to me at the finish because iam a fussy eater anyway.

    So true I was in europe on holiday and my panasonic camera was giving battery issues, took it into a panasonic dealer in amsterdam and 2days later it was sorted. Apparently its a factory fault on them. no questions asked.

    For those hubbers that were around I do remember this being discussed in detail. but to put things into perspective in 2009 an ultegra 6700 groupset was retailing in RSA for almost double what I was bringing them in (ex vat) but even so the prices went through the roof.

    I'm a member of a small CC which uses PSG, fees wise Investec and Standard are the cheapest IMO. The markets are taking a beating and I lost a good few $$$$$ in both my private and company portfolio. If you generated a positive alpha in Jan you must of been extremely lucky. On the other hand one of my friend's trades on volatility and has made a killing, between 1 Oct - to date he invested 50k and has more than doubled since then.

    So I learnt something new today.

    I have both Assos and Castelli, I first bought a castelli and was kinda happy but on longer than 3hr rides it got uncomfortable I weighed 96kg though. Then I jumped on the Assos wagon and it certainly felt like a huge upgrade over the castelli at the time but it too wasn't much more comfortable over 3-4hr rides. When I was in europe I found some castelli shorts at a very good price and since 2012 I have only stuck with castelli. I am now down to 73kg and cant fit in most of them..hehe so recently i bought a entry level castelli shorts off zando for training and i must say they definitely seem a lot more comfortable the lighter you are. Etxeondo is also very good, I remember reading a review recently where it was voted in the top3 shorts for 2014/5

    Misinterpreted the route thought it was a dual loop of 47km, but what a waste to even go and ride

    I ordered off wiggle and iam still waiting for my stuff even though I took the 11day shipping its been 3weeks already and still nothing. I dont want a refund as I ordered some limited edition stuff thats no longer in stock.I sit and wait patiently it will pop up soon I hope.

    You will be surprised at the guys that side, I sold my giant to a guy that took it to Afghanistan (he is a hubber cant remember his name) when I was in Dubai I went to the BH Store in the Dubai Outlet mall some fancy good and prices were decent but too much hassle to bring to CT.
