I have always got all my cycling goodies from Anatomic. I have only ever had fantastic service and products from them. I'm sure this is just double bad luck for you, the stitching as well as the person who didn't assist you properly. I know that it not the standard they they maintain.

Best tubeless advice I ever got was. Take it to your LBS. Now I do. A qualified mechanic makes the problem his. I do my part to support a local business. When I fetch a perfect tubeless setup the mechanic is smiling, I am smiling. Then I get the bill. Then I am not smiling. But.... after a ride or two, I am smiling again.

Bumped into a cycling buddy at PnP earlier. Says he told his wife that he is keen to do something special for new years eve. He says she got all flushed around the neck and huskily whispered into his ear. So what you want to do? He said that he wants to hit a ride at exactly 24h00 now that curfew has been cancelled. First one for the new year! I think he is eating 2 minute noodles and sleeping in the spare room tonight.
