    Joberg2C advice?

Pace yourself it is a long event, if you get caught up in the hype of the start and the first days you will pay for it towards the end.Look after your nutrition do not miss a feed, what you eat today is tomorrow's fuel

  10. Had a warranty claim on 2 bikes,as it fell outside of the time frame,I was gearing myself up for a big fight. Was pleasently surprised when Victor came back and said although the warranty will not "kick" in their loyalty programme will. The offer made to me was excellent and I am still a very happy Momsen rider. Good one Victor and everyone at Momsen!!!

  20. Been riding twist grips for close on a year and half and will not go back to triggers very convenient and got me out of a few tricky situations because I can grab a "handfull" of gears very quickly. The past weekend was the only time I had a problem, were doing a very muddy race and after clearing the clay mud of my tyres my hands started slipping on the grips and I could not turn it was to slippery....lesson learned use your glove to clear the mud of the tyres but take them off before touching the twist grip.
