About what time and what bike did this bloke ride? Just checking its not somebody i know

complete cyclist is an elite store, well stocked and staff interested to sell you stuff, i can rcommend.

Software on these is a monster but once youve workes thru all the crap and get things sorted its absolutely worth it. They also have some sort of forum likely somebody has similar issues before. When i emailed for assistance they were also pretty quick.

think the invoice had groupset etc also listed but no breakdown was given. deduct R37 off R19k leaves R54k for the rest, so questions normal price for dogma that he bought? how far away from the R37k and then normal price for gset etc??

Did they disclose it was "grey" when selling it, or did they sell it to you as a full legal bike. also, what is ASG's stnce on this, it seems they are selling other ASG products, one would imagine they have a few bones to pick with the shop (understatement). really sorry for you and others in this situation

sjoe then its really dissapointing, they have quite a big club too, stupid to do things like that which damages your well established business forever, and i would imagine ASG should be concerned here too.

This story is almost too bad to be true, borders on bizarre, that a bike shop thats been around a long time can do something like this, and shaft the customer of five years when he complaints?? now i just wonder, are we SURE THIS IS NOT AN APRIL FOOLS DAY, maybe somebody is hacking at either the bike shop or Andrew or both??? sorry if i am wrong, dont want to discredit the OP if its for real but its almost TOO bad to believe

We need to hear both sides of the story but so far doesnt look good. Beyond comprehention how a bike shop can do something like that and expect to remain in business.

did they tell you ut was "grey" (which i would read real thing but not imported via sole agents and therefore not supported by agent)? did you pay the normal Pina prices or was this heavily discounted?
